Position Summary

Ingage is looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting within established networks to identify candidates for the Ingage Suite.

The SDR role is ideal for someone who is a natural conversationalist and highly results driven. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, flexible, collaborative team player who is looking to continue their sales career on the ground floor of a rapidly growing SaaS business.

You Will

  • Research and prospect outbound leads that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Execute multi-touch outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn, consistently articulating Ingage’s value proposition to prospects
  • Perform discovery to best understand a potential client’s business needs
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers, meeting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Track lead conversion rates and pipeline contribution metrics
  • Qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and CRM activity
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance to maximize opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity logging in the CRM
  • Be an active and engaged participant in weekly training, coaching, and call review sessions
  • Demonstrate cutting-edge knowledge on product features, industry trends, and buyer personas
  • Represent Ingage with excellence at conferences and trade shows as an ambassador for the company

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an Outbound B2B sales role
  • Self-starter and independent worker with a strong ability to collaborate with broader team
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Understanding of software and technology with an eye towards benefits to end users
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate across teams
  • Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business needs
  • Willingness to take direction and feedback
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and tradeshows
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

  • Experience with Hubspot and Clay
  • Previous experience prospecting for SaaS based solutions
  • Experience with the Home Improvement industry
  • BS/MS degree in business or relevant work experience

Location

Ingage’s headquarters is in Yardley, PA in the greater Philadelphia metro. Work expectation is in-office 5 days a week.

Compensation

The OTE for this role is $80,000. Compensation will be a blend of base salary and variable compensation in the form of commissions. There is no ceiling to the commission structure, providing an opportunity for high earning potential and career growth.
